Description

An introduction to the relationship between bilingualism and cognition, using evidence from cognitive science, cognitive neuroscience, and psycholinguistics. This course will explore the cognitive and neurobiological underpinnings of being bilingual and acquiring a second language, with a particular emphasis on how bilingual experience impacts language processing, cognitive control, and cognitive aging. Prerequisites: LGCS011 PO. Letter grade only.
